The rental was in a great location, maybe 2 minutes from the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded (June), and it was not the commercial Clearwater Beach you may think of, but nicer more secluded one. However the commercial beach was still a walkable distance away (with 4-year-old and a baby) if you need e.g. ice-cream ;). Rental itself was very well equipped (especially kitchen supplies and beach gear: umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, even bikes). Sitting furniture in the living room were super comfortable, and so were beds. And there was outdoor shower to get send of after the beach time, I don’t know if that is Florida standard, but we loved it. Also outdoor patio was great with chairs and grill. I would definitely stay at that place again!

Perfect location, nice house, and a friendly great host; were the main causes of being pleasured which we had for the whole week of our vacation. We loved this place and will recommend it to our friends. Having two bathrooms was a nice bonus to 4 of us. 2 separate bedrooms and a living room created the necessary comfort and a sense of home convenience. The beach is very close to the house, restorans and shopping places just a 15-20 minutes to walk and a little further there is a large pier with many trips on the ships and jet skis. All our plans have become a reality and we are very happy that we learned about such a fantastic place with a hospitable hostess.

This property is perfect for up to two couples or a small family. It is not a luxury accommodation – go somewhere else if you wan that – but has all the basics and is located on the quiet, residential N end of Clearwater beach. We had our car but I imagine that one could get around the beach quite well with the bikes, by walking, or by using the beach trolley. Maryhelen is extremely gracious and helpful. Tip: I would suggest looking around the unit when you first get there and then letting Maryhelen know if there seems to be anything missing or if you need something. She can help you find it! We will definitely book this or the adjacent, larger unit the next time we come!

North Clearwater is “Our Happy Place”. This rental exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, equipped to provide all the necessities

to make our vacation absolutely complete. Dave and Maryhelen were awesome hosts. We really liked Dave and enjoyed hearing from a local on the area. The beach was so convenient and the celebration of the sunsets were our go to place every evening. We met many friendly people that actually live in the area and many from other places on the beach every evening for the sunset. I would highly recommend this rental. Thanks Maryhelen and Dave for sharing this wonderful place with us!!!

Location-excellent!! Wish there had been more upgraded cookware to do more cooking at the property. All furniture very comfy. Loved private area in the back. Very nice laundry area. First vacation to Clearwater Beach and was not disappointed.

Great location – proximity to the beach. Easy walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants. Loved being a bit north of all the congestion of spring break activities. Traveling with teenagers, we could partake in the spring break activities but able to leave it all behind at the end of the day.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements (family of 5). We used the bikes each day to ride into town and explore surrounding beaches. We had all the amenities needed for a comfortable, relaxing family vacation.

Maryhelen and her husband were very responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay.
